We had an appointment so there was no wait time. The morning of my appointment I had 2 emails, 2 separate phone calls and voice mails, 2 more text messages so it just seemed like the personnel there The morning of my appointment I had 2 emails, 2 separate phone calls and voice mails, 2 more text messages so it just seemed like the personnel there was not talking to one another. I was concerned about my appointment but once I arrived it was fine. I was not happy with the sales department. The car was brand new and had not gone through inspection nor had the additional accessories installed. One was Lojack, another was Brake Assist which flashes your rear lights when you brake, and the last was 3M protectant on door handles. All three of these things we did not need nor want and certainly did not want them at an additional cost. We figured since these add ons were not on the car and they know the buyer does not want them then just don't add them. They strong armed us into getting the Lojack and the Brake Assist and paying for it. That was a very disappointing part of the sale. Since the internet price was about 1500.00 less than the sticker price they honored the internet price, so they would not budge on the add-ons. Next when we got to finance it was just an unpleasant experience. It was in a dark, dingy row of offices a parking lot over due to the dealership building being under construction. The process is all done on paper and just seemed outdated. Our finance officer seemed rushed, irritable, and condescending. If we asked questions he repeated himself in a condescending tone like our question had already been answered - maybe it had, but we needed clarity. For me, a new car is big purchase and I like to know what I am signing. When we were finishing up he made a call saying he was leaving early for the day, so it made sense what the rushed feeling was all about. The car was delivered to our home the following day. There was no problem with that at all. More
