If I could give zero stars I would. I took my car in for repair, they kept it for more than a month and never even touched it. Service manager Erica promised to call me numerous times a I took my car in for repair, they kept it for more than a month and never even touched it. Service manager Erica promised to call me numerous times and then never called. I had to call constantly for updates, all of which were BS because she just kept claiming the part was back ordered, funny that Riverside Hyundai was able to get the part and my car fixed within a week. Absolutely horrible customer service. I’d never take my car or purchase one from this dealer and trust I will tell all my friends and family to avoid this dealer as well. More

Downey Hyundai is posting deceptive/false pricing on Cars.com. They are not willing to sell the cars they post for the “selling prices” in their posts. Instead, they say that they will be installing “de Cars.com. They are not willing to sell the cars they post for the “selling prices” in their posts. Instead, they say that they will be installing “dealer installed options” on cars that they have not yet received that will add close to $5,000.00. If they are going to post a “selling price,” they should be willing to sell the car for that price. More
