Great service friendly people. Felt pricey but might not know how prices have evolved. My main complaint was I was told it would take 60-90 minutes but it ran 2:20. My daughter and I went to Downey Hyundai to lease a car. We were greeted by David, Lala and Rafael who made great efforts to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Made an appointment one month in advance for a recall, understanding that this would only be an inspection to see if a repair needed to be done. Was told when I got there that the wait would be 3 to 3 1/2 understanding that this would only be an inspection to see if a repair needed to be done. Was told when I got there that the wait would be 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Just for the mechanic to look at it. Ridiculous, but wait there’s more — The waiting would take place in a cramped modular trailer with no indoor plumbing working. Would have to settle for either a portable potty or walk to a Vons to go to the bathroom. Left. Not going back. More
