I waited on hold for over 30 minutes when trying to get an update on my car. Nobody could get in touch with my Service Advisor. Not satisfied overall with dealer, Didn't responded when leave message phone and emails, also leave message with operator, my vehicle was in service for over a month, at the end as per dealer unable to dupl leave message phone and emails, also leave message with operator, my vehicle was in service for over a month, at the end as per dealer unable to duplicate concern. I had ask the service writer if he had open a technical support ticket for this issue and his responds was he'll open one this was after 3 weeks from day one vehicle was in service. More
