I dropped off a car for a bad AC. No issues at first, but when I picked up my car after being told that the issue was resolved, the AC hadn't been fixed. I was told to drive it away and come back if it didn't work. While waiting for my car, Alex had a tech drop it off but went on lunch, so I had to find a different rep to give me the keys. I was also told my the front desk that my insurance didn't cover a rental car, but had them call my insurance on a separate visit and find out they were wrong. More
