This was not a great experience. I waited over 3 hours for my car just for a regular service and no updates. Finally I went to the counter and the guy who was handing my car was gone I waited over 3 hours for my car just for a regular service and no updates. I said okay and she told me it would be about 20. more minutes cause it was next to be washed. I go not sit down and sure enough they pull my car right up front WASHED. My car had been done for who knows how long and no one had told me. More
