Mr. Van Kessel, We understand the frustration surrounding any concern as it relates to credit card service fees. We actually do not charge any fees for the use of a debit card, or cash. The fee had actually been paid for two previous service visits. If you were unaware of this, we certainly apologize, however we do ask our service team to share those options during the checkout process. To answer your additional inquiry, approximately 36% of United States businesses are currently applying a 3% fee to credit card transactions as the fees charged to business continue to rise substantially.
