I am not worried about breaking down when traveling, and if there is a problem, Joe is always there to pickup the phone and resolve any issues; That is great customer service! I went in for a trouble light for the catalytic converter and a bad battery. Mr. Joe Pati was extremely helpful and to my surprise took my truck in right on the spot. They finished all work in a timely professional manner, The catalytic converter was a warranty and the battery and filters were exactly as quoted. No issues no hassles just helpful service personnel, good timely professional service. Over the years I have bought at least 5 vehicles at (Downs Ford/Celebrity) I will certainly look for my next vehicle at Celebrity. Good work Mr. Pati More
