The Service staff are excellent. The work done on my car by the mechanic was good. If your car has to be kept there they will give you a ride home and pick you to get your car back. HORRIBLE! !! They double booked my appointment time and pushed my time back to 3:30. I scheduled for 2:30- 3:00. I arrived at 2:50pm and Ziggy was busy with ano !! They double booked my appointment time and pushed my time back to 3:30. I scheduled for 2:30- 3:00. I arrived at 2:50pm and Ziggy was busy with another customer. Turns out he sold the vehicle that I was interested in to that person. It happened right in front of our faces. Then he laughed at us and said you mean the one that just drove off the lot. I have never been treated so poorly by a salesman. I drove there from Cherry Hill. What a waste of a day. It was totally unnecessary and unprofessional and I can't believe Celebrity Ford treats their customers like that. More

AFTER TOWING MY CAMPER TO YOUR SHOP THAT COST 1,800. 00 DOLLARS YOUR MECHANICS WHERE NOT SMART ENOUGHT TO FIX IT.EVEN AFTER I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM PCM.
