My first contact with Downtown Ford of Sacramento was by text. I was contacted almost immediately by Dru Smith and we made an appointment. When my wife and I arrived, we were greeted at the door by Nathan. Nathan introduced us to Richard Pineda in sales. Richard was knowledgeable, informative and professional and you could tell he enjoyed his job. I explained that I was looking for a Maverick Hybrid. (one of the things we learned was that the wait period for the Maverick is over a year) So, we began to build my new pick-up on the computer. While doing so, we were shocked to learn that another customer had declined their Maverick and so it was offered to us. We were thrilled and happy that we would not have that long waiting period. Richard began the paperwork to purchase the truck. This was truly the best experience that we have EVER had purchasing a vehicle ANYWHERE. NO HIGH-PRESSURE SALES. Everyone sincerely had our best interest at heart and treated us like family. Richard patiently answered all our questions and was extremely knowledgeable. He explained all the intricacies of our new vehicle. I would highly recommend Downtown Ford of Sacramento to anyone. It will be the best auto-purchasing experience that you can have. My car has been there since March 30th and was told a lie. the Dealer service dept., told me that they was waiting for an adjuster that was scheduled to look at my car. This dealership does not honor there CAR DOC commitment. They just blow a lot of smoke up my xxx so that I would buy a car from them.
