This was my first visit to Nashville Subaru since I have recently moved there. Service staff was very courteous and as I was just curious about exploring my options to see if I wanted to change my car. Sale recently moved there. Ordered and purchased car. Mechanic caused major oil leak. Never could get them to fix what their mechanic caused! Subaru of America Advocacy is of no help. I paid using gold plus warranty to fix the leak that their mechanic caused. They are not trustworthy. My brother and his wife purchased from Darryl Waltrip in Franklin. Their experience has been wonderful. Avoid using Nashville Subaru and know Subaru of America Advocacy is useless! More

Really disappointed with the service for the price I paid i could have got something better anywhere else. My car was dirthy inside, my tires weren't checked as they should because I paid for that and my car i could have got something better anywhere else. Asked for 60k service minus oil change and air filters. Also, requested brakes be checked and changed if needed. $1800 later-charged for oil change, filters, and brakes were never checked. I expected them to recommend wiper blades replacement(my rear wiper had the rubber piece clearly dangling), but no mention.
