My serpentine belt fell off on the bay bridge and Patrick did an incredible job not only fitting my repair in, but also getting it done in a timely fashion. I've spent $1,000 on two separate occasions so far and my check engine light is still on. I told the dealership I would need a loaner if I were to bring my truck in a third time for them to try again to fix check engine light is still on. I bought a four year service warranty on my car. Got it serviced. There was a recall related to the battery and technician indicated battery was low. I bought and changed my battery which threw o Got it serviced. There was a recall related to the battery and technician indicated battery was low. I bought and changed my battery which threw off computer system. Car was not covered by the four year service package with no explanation given. Was charged $250 for a fuse replacement. Will not return. More
