The phone system was out of order for days requiring me to walk to the dealership to discuss my car. The diagnostic was overpriced (over $800) without fixing anything. Suggested repair was substandard compared to other dealers new arranger on work was almost nonexistent. Took car to another Subaru dealer for the repair. Much better abs cheaper. More

I had booked an appointment for an oil change based on the website available time slot which I would think means a service rep is available during that time. It I book an appointment with a doctor or res the website available time slot which I would think means a service rep is available during that time. It I book an appointment with a doctor or restaurant that space is blocked out for me. Upon arrival I was quoted 2 hours of an oil change even with the appointment. I waiting in th sales area. Over 3 hours later and having to check on my car serveral times it was finally completed. Absolutely insane wait for an oil change. Went on lunch break to try to avoid lines and traffic getting back and ended up having to take the rest of the day off work. Not even sure why there's appointment timeslots if no planning is done for the reservation. It's pretty pointless More
