Great at diagnosing issues but very very expensive. The sales people really are just trying to constantly up sell you on stuff you don’t need. It also seems like they particularly overcharge women and do sales people really are just trying to constantly up sell you on stuff you don’t need. It also seems like they particularly overcharge women and do not have any women sales representatives. Example: they charged me over $400 for an oil change and diagnosing a broken wheel bearing and wanted to charge me an additional $750 to fix it. Yup my other mechanic did it for $300. Just found out it’s because they work on commission which is a terrible way to run a mechanic shop and leads to them judging your mechanical competence in order to get more money out of you. More
