Great logistics setup! Customer care was friendly and professional. The location is convenient and getting an appointment was outstanding! It is our new go to for our Forester--this is compared to two other facilities we were using and have subsequently abandoned for poor customer service. Understandably, they had a problem with the repair work, and subsequently couldn't get the part immediately--the problem happened Friday, but the parts warehouse couldn't process the request for the part until Monday--the part arrived Tuesday and the work was completed. I'm still scratching my head about the fact that they checked the tires, but they released the vehicle without checking tire pressure and the low pressure idiot light was lit when I received the vehicle and one tire was about 10lbs lower than the recommended level. More
