Service Center was very helpful and helped me to apply the latest coupon to my service. Jessy was great. I liked to be able to drop off my car the night before. Before my visit I asked if tire pressure would be checked, and I was told yes it would, as is required by state law. I checked my tire pressure after the visit and found that one of the tires was checked, and I was told yes it would, as is required by state law. I checked my tire pressure after the visit and found that one of the tires was low - in fact, the low tire pressure indicator came on the next day. On the inspection form I got after my visit they indicated that they had checked the tire peessure and that it was ok. So I assume this was dishonesty and the check was not made. Makes me wonder which other checks weren’t done. More

They went above and beyond to make me whole by replacing the lugnut keys, after my first towing attempt (flat tire) failed. (I didn’t have them.)
