I will never come here again. Attitude problems and possible false advertisement on service promotions. How is a LS 460 Lexus F Sport oil change and tire rotation less in cost than a 2013 Toyota Coroll possible false advertisement on service promotions. How is a LS 460 Lexus F Sport oil change and tire rotation less in cost than a 2013 Toyota Corolla s for the same service and oil change promotion $89.99? They forgot to connect my 12v cigarette lighter port I had to remind them didn’t wash car but Lexus does with my Ls 460. No loaner cars but Lexus offers loaner cars I was stuck for 4 hours with no car. I would never come here again and will never recommend anyone to come here again. Lexus is the best place to go. More

Kriss was extremely informative about my services in advance and made sure I understood exactly what was needed additionally along the way. I had to wait a little longer than expected but Kriss made su advance and made sure I understood exactly what was needed additionally along the way. I had to wait a little longer than expected but Kriss made sure I was comfortable and offered twice get me shuttled if I needed. I will definitely continue to bring my car back for services as needed. I had no complaints this time or last time I was here. The gentleman that helped me a few months back was awesome as well. Great staff and customer service overall. To add, there was plenty of room in the waiting area, not too much traffic so I felt great social distance wise, and the restroom was clean, which is a super additional plus! More
