I had four new tires replaced on my 4 Runner by Oakland Toyota yesterday and I can’t express how happy and completely satisfied I am with Kevin Goh’s excellent customer service. He arranged a ride for me to get back to work, and reassured me that the tires put on my truck are great tires, which by the way makes the ride real smooth. When I picked up my car after scheduled maintenance, they did not tell me that there was a significant mechanical problem that needed prompt attention. When I pointed this out the service advisor did not off did not tell me that there was a significant mechanical problem that needed prompt attention. When I pointed this out the service advisor did not offer to fix it that day. I then talked to a different service advisor who then worked me into the schedule and gave me $100 off the service. So in the end it was OK but I am still disturbed about the fact that they did not tell me about the mechanical problem when I first came to pick up the car. More

Surprisingly efficient, friendly, skilled. Makes me want to come back! I had an issue with the window seal getting pulled down by adhesive from the factory sticker and the service department was helpful to come back! This was my worst experience ever. Advisor added so many unnecessary service to my almost brand new CH-R Toyota car I just purchased last year and without even explanation he sent it to a mechanic anyway an unnecessary service to my almost brand new CH-R Toyota car I just purchased last year and without even explanation he sent it to a mechanic anyway and bill was over $891 for a new car that has no problem at all. labor fee was $500. I was given no explanation as to why my car needed this service . My reason there was to have my tires checked if needed to replace it. That’s it. Advisor name was Kevin Goh. No customer service . I am never going back to this location ever. This location was the only closer one to my home but never again . More
