Terry was great to work with, but they brought in a more aggressive sales person (Jeff, i think??) to try and close the deal - which made me extremely uncomfortable and pressured. I also did not love agreeing on all the monthly payments, APR details & then going to chat with financing and having ANOTHER negotiation that resulted entirely different monthly payments. Not the worst but a classic uncomfortable car sales situation. More

Following a service visit in Oakland I received a call indicating that Subaru would be interested in buying my used cross trek. An appointment was scheduled for today (Saturday) at 815 AM with Austin at t indicating that Subaru would be interested in buying my used cross trek. An appointment was scheduled for today (Saturday) at 815 AM with Austin at the downtown Oakland location. I arrived on time and was told by a gentleman opening the store that the location would not open until 9. He was unapologetic for any confusion and told me to come back later. I showed him my text confirmation which he dismissed, suggesting that it was someone else who screwed up. I don’t really care who screwed up but I didn’t enjoy having my morning wasted nor did I enjoy the gentleman’s attitude. To me this was a Subaru brand issue. More
