The person who helped me when I dropped off my car was great, explained what was going to be done, and gave me a timeline. He then called back later in the day with an update and new estimated time work w great, explained what was going to be done, and gave me a timeline. He then called back later in the day with an update and new estimated time work would be done (the next day, a Saturday.) Work was ready when it was supposed to be. That’s all great. But the pick up was not. There was only one person helping everyone when I arrived - both people dropping their cars off and people picking up cars. I got in line; it was more of a jumble of socially distanced people than a line, but I had a sense of who was ahead of me. I waited a while for everyone in front of me. Then, the person who arrived after me was attended to- apparently because he was dropping off a car. The one lone rep looked at me and said he’d be right with me. Then, he walked into the garage. When he came back, he asked another person who arrived after me how he could help them. He finally helped me when I asked him why he was helping everyone after me first. There should be a better system, with more than one rep to help. Perhaps that would enable the reps to get to people in a timely and orderly way. For rather pricey service, that wasn’t a good experience. More
