Maybe don't have your finance person lecture your customers about God when they just want to complete the paperwork and go home. And the various pre-installed items (e.g. Etch, which wasn't even installed) could not be removed which is extra annoying. Never again. Brought my car serviced a while back because my 2020 WRX kept leaning towards the right. Turns out it was because i had mixed tires and i also had the TPMS light. I simply thought the light was on because i kept leaning towards the right. Turns out it was because i had mixed tires and i also had the TPMS light. I simply thought the light was on because i have aftermarket wheels and i assumed i didnt have the sensors. Patrick explained the issue that since i had mixed tires on an AWD, it was a common issue for the vehicle to pull one direction, and that i had the sensors in the wheels, it just needed to be replaced. One week later, the TPMS light came back on, and the car was still slightly pulling. Patrick got me in and out without a problem and explained to me that the light being on the second time was because the valve stem had a small cut and was leaking air, and the issue with the car still pulling to the right was because of the roads More

My husband and I flew in from Michigan to help our parents and decided to extend our stay and purchase a car and drive home. Richard made sure all of our questions and concerns were answered, when his stupid co-worker tried to poach us, he took that gracefully and corrected the misinformation the co-worker gave us about the car. We didn’t feel pressured and now we have an amazing car we feel safe driving home in AND we feel confident that if we have a problem, the Oakland dealership will help us. More
