After I left my car for service, I received a call saying they would like to buy my car and invited me to meet with a VIP Manager. I said yes,as my current car is 19 years old! However, when I returned to Do they would like to buy my car and invited me to meet with a VIP Manager. I said yes,as my current car is 19 years old! However, when I returned to Downtown Toyota to pick my car, I asked the service department to speak to the VIP Manager and was told "well, they just want to sell you a car". I said "yes, right" and I was told "well, it's going to be a while" and he walked away. I was prepared to let go of My Favorite car ever, until I realized Downtown Toyota doesn't want/need my money. Poor customer service! More
