The well-educated man from finance and I didn't see eye to eye on the extended maintenance. I didn't want it. I joked about it, I explained why I didn't need it, but he would not be detoured. It made me wonder if this car I was buying was on the verge of falling apart, I finally took the maintenance, only to be explained it would extend my loan which I initially didn't understand. I then declined it. Despite him telling me several times to relax as I said no over and over in a lower and lower tone, he did raise his voice while talking to me about my feelings on the way he conveyed my need for the program. I want to mention again he is well-educated as he told me that at least two times though I never asked nor addressed education. I fully want to acknowledge is as it seemed very important for him to convey. I took the car and received no instruction on how to use the Hybrid. It was my hope buying a higher end model that some customer service would be given but that was not the case. This interaction will not only make me never go back to this dealership but if I ever buy another new car I will never go to a dealership again. The sales guy was much better, very nice and was concerned when he saw how upset I was after getting out of the finance guys office. For as excited as I was to get a new car it truly turned into a horrible interaction. if you do go there to buy a car do not go alone. More
