I came in for two recalls. Upon arrival I was told that transportation was no longer provided to and from home and the service was expected to take all day. My home is about 16 miles away and we are a one transportation was no longer provided to and from home and the service was expected to take all day. My home is about 16 miles away and we are a one car family now. To resolve this problem, the service dept made arrangements to service my car first. I was out an hour later.
