Staff person was short with answering my questions, didn’t explain service outcome, told me screw in tire was not repairable when I know it was. I realize Subaru standards may be different though. Worksheet indicates that cabin and engine filters required further attention but they weren’t changed. So is it reasonable to drive another 6K miles before getting them replaced? And I had been told over the phone that the shuttle was running when it wasn’t available for me.
