Yesterday I paid $1,488.79 for major service on my 2011 Prius, with mileage of only 42,899. Then this morning I received an email ad informing me that I'm eligible for a 20% discount, up to $250, valid thr Prius, with mileage of only 42,899. Then this morning I received an email ad informing me that I'm eligible for a 20% discount, up to $250, valid through July 3rd. Oh, if only I'd waited just one day before calling for an appointment! I purchased my car from you almost 10 years ago, and you've provided all its service, so I certainly hope you'll consider refunding me $250 to keep me a loyal customer willing to recommend you to others.
