Richard was very sweet and everyone was fine. I have been in sales for my professional career and I understand the pressure to maximize profit with every sale. Fortunately, they dropped the hardline securit in sales for my professional career and I understand the pressure to maximize profit with every sale. Fortunately, they dropped the hardline security add on quickly. It’s a difficult time to need a car with the shortage of inventory. I was happy to find a car with the exact features I wanted although paying full price was less than ideal. I felt I may have paid too much for the service agreement but I want my son to not have to worry about where to take it. Overall the professionalism of the staff warranted a 5 star review. More

Came in for oil change which turned into $900 service. Car was supposed to be ready at 2. Called at 3:30 to check. Communication wasn’t great. Price for service received was ridiculous.
