Derrick was my Salesman and he was awesome! I had an issue with my FOBs and that’s where stars were lost. Both receptionist had attitudes. I had to wait 45 mins just for someone to assist me. When the issue with my FOBs and that’s where stars were lost. Both receptionist had attitudes. I had to wait 45 mins just for someone to assist me. When the Used Car Sakes Manager Junior ‘s response to the wait time was dismissive. at the end He couldn’t fix the FOBs because one was allow to sit so long it lost its programming. So the car was sold with non working Fobs. This is going to be an out of pocket expense I was not even aware of. Junior referred me to Dublin Volkswagen to get the Fobs reprogrammed. I will be staying with them for all my needs. I received the level of customer service one would hope to get. I never even knew where the service department was or who worked there. More

I called the service department to check if my car was ready. First time they transferred me and hung up. I called back and asked when might my car be ready. They said it would be done within the hour so ready. First time they transferred me and hung up. I called back and asked when might my car be ready. They said it would be done within the hour so I got a ride down to the dealership. When I arrived I was then told it would be 45 mins. I then waited for two hours at the dealership until my car was done. And this was for a standard oil change and tire rotation. From drop off to pick up was 5 hours. Poor communication and experience overall. This was my fourth time at dealer for service and it was the worst. More
