Very slow service, sales rep disappeared for 35 min in the middle of our meeting. Was specifically told they had a 2021 model of the car I wanted, when I called in advance, but it was only revealed as I the middle of our meeting. Overall, it took 4 h b4 I got my car, “they’re cleaning it for u,” was what I kept being told, only to find out it had white paint stains on it, when I finally got it! Plus, there was a mechanical problem with it. Finance person was asking personal questions & made me feel uncomfortable, as well. Emailed both owners THREE TIMES - they didn’t even respond! Will never go back there - not for sales & not for service. More
