She apologized profusely and had been working tirelessly to make things right! She got me another appointment right away and made sure I didn’t have to continue using BART to get to and from the service center by securing me a loaner car. Overall a fantastic experience with working with her, just not so much with my 2020 Legacy lemon. More

Well, it was a problem that came up out of nowhere on the freeway as I was driving home. Fortunately Oakland Subaru is on the way so I stopped in. I had the incredibly frustrating experience of arriving at 8:55 for my appointment and then waiting over an hour before being checked in.
