Quincy took care of me, and rode shotgun for my test drive pointing out features, etc. JD is a wizard on the finance end--just watch hi process easy. While the customer service was fine, I paid over $200 but my car problem continues. My automatic Toyota Rav4 still turns off when I abruptly break.
