Great salesman but signing process horrible; almost walked out & canceling everything. Still do not know where my payment is going on my loan. Explaining maintenance programs was nonexistent. Just shows the paperwork at 3 feet away,, so we could not read them. There is no excuse for the verbal abuse & bad attitude I received from the man who filled out our contact. Disrespectful , angry & annoyed staff should not be completing contracts & making me feel I was in the wrong place buying my dream car. It was the worst signing experience I have had in buying 8 cars from different Toyota dealers. The only reason I did not walk away was because of J. R. Our salesman was great! He sat in on the signing of the contract, to get it done. Buying a car should be happy, great experience, not a disrespectful struggle & ordeal like this was. You need the right person to do the paperwork. This was not the way to end a sale. Your dealership got a 4 because of your sales man the rest of the process was bad. I am sorry to say, I cannot recommend Downtown Toyota to my friends. More

Salesman was good. I was pretty surprised to see such rotten financing. We make a lot of money and have excellent credit scores, and was offered very high interest rate I was pretty surprised to see such rotten financing. Just give us good financing and we might stay with you. Also the computer system didn't work so ended up being there 3 hours and sometimes waiting in office by myself for long periods of time while employee runs between buildings. Signature pad referred to contract sections that didn't exist, so was very confusing. Finally bought a car and then told we only get one set of keys until they find the other. Hope they do! Not sure I'd recommend for reasons above. I think better to use an online service. More
