Physical service was all right, but my Lyft ride was messed up not once but two times. also, I was asking if I would discuss selling my car but that interview never materialized. Was told they had to keep my 2020 Subaru Forester until part was available and they would call me when part was available. I have not heard a word from them. I wasn’t impressed with the service dept. when having an issue w/ my tire. Generally, the Tech will show me where the problem is on the tire, but didn’t. So, I took my vehicle to another Deal when having an issue w/ my tire. Generally, the Tech will show me where the problem is on the tire, but didn’t. So, I took my vehicle to another Dealership who not only had great customer service, but had photographs to show me that indeed the tire was a safety issue. However, I do want to shout out to your Parts Dept., especially Dennis C. who took time & is very personable & was extremely helpful. I will definitely return to your Parts Dept. in the future! More
