Every time I come here I’m waiting at least 4 hours even with an appointment. Half of the staff doesn’t actually know warranty policies and the financial manager wasn’t entirely truthful or forthcoming with with an appointment. I live very far away now from Downtown Toyota Oakland since I moved to Eureka for retirement earlier this year. But since I had a trip to the Bay Area to take care of some business I decided to have my c since I moved to Eureka for retirement earlier this year. But since I had a trip to the Bay Area to take care of some business I decided to have my car serviced again there. I'm kind of loyal that way. Thankfully Vern is still there. He is the one person I have always gone to for service and if he weren't there, I probably wouldn't go out of my way to have my car service in Oakland now that I live in Eureka. I plan to do business in the Bay Area two three times a year so as long as Vern's there I will return. Thank you for hiring such a great responsible employee like you have in Vern. More
