I wanted to give 1 star because of the appointment setting, but I will just take 1 star off because of it. On 2 different occasions, I made appointments and when I got there I was told it would take 2 setting, but I will just take 1 star off because of it. On 2 different occasions, I made appointments and when I got there I was told it would take 2-3 hours! So plan on getting their shuttle back to wherever you need to go. But when they finally got to my job, the key programming took 22 minutes to do! I don't think a person WITH an appointment should wait 2-3 hours for a 22-minute job. Other than the appointment issue, you guys have AMAZING employees and they helped me figure out my work schedule and the 2-3 hours I needed to wait. That is why I am giving 4 stars.... the employees were great! The ones I remember are Kisha, Daniel, Gabriel, and Vern. Thank you guys! More

I was very happy with the individual who helped me with my issue That was Brandon Hocter. When I called to make my appointment he provided helpful information regarding the diagnosis process.
