The mechanics and staff are so great, attentive and knowledgeable. Spacious waiting area so you can wait safely indoors, browsing internet on their wifi, and not worry about getting COVID. Downside is that every time you go in, if your car has low mileage, it gets flagged and their offsite marketing team will harass you non-stop via phone to sell your car back to them and buy a new one. It doesn't matter if you ask - multiple times verbally and in writing- to be removed from their list. They just keep harassing you. I'd recommend ignoring calls from Subaru in the two weeks after your appointment since it's just the marketing team. More
