I am never going to this dealership location again. I would rather drive 30 minutes to get actually good reliable service then drive 5 minutes and have this terrible experience. First, we brought the car in to have the brakes checked and an A/C recall done. We got the car back and the A/C still didn’t work, and it seems to be the part they tried to fix that was still the issue. We also had the brakes checked. The measurements on the brakes made no sense. All 5s except one of them was a 1. Weird right. That doesn’t just happen. We were then told that because of the weird occurrence it might be under warranty, and our sales rep would be calling us with an update. They called back and the phone rang once, then they disconnected the call and didn’t leave a message. Not only did they not want to talk to anyone but they tried to make it seem like it was us that missed the call. We called back and went straight to voicemail of our sales rep, and we never got a call back. A few days later I called and scheduled a new appointment to have the brakes checked again and to speak to a warranty agent that would be able to help us. We got pushed off to the same guy as before despite my reluctance. We then left the car there from 10:30 to 2pm. We picked it up around 4, and the brake measurements came back very different. This time none of them were 5s, but instead 3s, 4s, and still a 1. Very confusing. Why were the measurements wrong the first time? How can they give us incorrect information about a crucial part of a vehicle and think that’s okay and safe??? On top of all of this, our sales rep was super uninformative. We asked about some paperwork and he wouldn’t answer the question, but just kept bring up the warranty issues. I had to ask the same question 3 times before the sales rep blamed the issue on a previous employee that didn’t work there anymore. So we are leaving with no new information, knowing they can’t check brakes properly, and a big bill to fix because they wouldn’t be straight up about the issues with the car. Ultimately very disappointed and shocked, never going back. More
