Commitment to genuine Toyota parts is admirable but useless if it will take more than a month to find a replacement; especially when a catakytic converter is stolen while traveling. This dealership doesn't pick up their phones or return messages.. I managed to schedule online and asked if the parts department has the parts required for my car. Instead of receiving a confirmation, I was repeatedly harassed by sales team trying to sell me a new vehicle.. if it wasn't for the pre-paid plan I cannot cancel, I would not come here... More
