Service Mgr called me vehicle ready sending Lyft to pick me up within 30 mins. I waited an hour no Lyft or confirmation. Called Subaru Office again, woman arranged again waited another hour, no Lyft. Called me up within 30 mins. I waited an hour no Lyft or confirmation. Called Subaru Office again, woman arranged again waited another hour, no Lyft. Called Subaru again when she checked she seen text but I didn’t because she keyed the wrong cell phone # and Lyft never came. She apologized and scheduled again then Lyft Text stating Driver cancel.!Then I call again, she checked with Lyft gave me drivers location within a few blocks of my pickup at home. Needless, to say I’m an executive secretary I always double check telephone numbers for accuracy. On the service of my 90,000 Check up great service, only one hiccup my driver side all weather Matt was missing, the Team cleaning vehicle excellent job just forgot to put back in the vehicle. Service Mgr apologized and I received my Matt from the cleaning Team. So needless to say, I’ve owned three Subaru - a 2000 Forester 2006 Forester, and 2013 Outback and all the years this is the first time I experienced mishaps in services render. I have confidence moving forward this just happen to be a onetime mishap. More

As well as these people LIED TO an insurance company about my claim what auto shop lies to an insurance company this place is beyond disorganized and not functional at all More
