Toyota of Oakland had my truck for 10 days. The job took 1 1/2 days total. Not 1 phone call to update me in the status. I called 26 times and not 1 time did anyone answer. The main guy I was dealing with has zero customer service skills. Never again will I take a vehicle to them. I will say this, the supervisor met the price of my regular mechanic, appreciate that. Since it was a safety recall issue. However, it should have cost me zero dollars, since again, it’s a safety recall… Annnddd, it’s now making an unsettling grinding sound on the very thing they fixed… I really dread taking it back to them, since I’m a carpenter and really need my truck to make a living, and they don’t answer the phone or communicate At All. More

It took forever to reach someone and I ended up having to be routed through their operator. When I finally reached someone I asked when my car was ready and why hadn't anyone told me. I was told it was really busy and that they just printed the paperwork and didn't know when it was ready. The paperwork was timestamped for near 11:30 AM when I finally was able to get my car. More
