This dealership completed the basic service I requested, so for that they get 3 stars. However, I will most likely not come back here. The communication was not great- none of the items that they found on m so for that they get 3 stars. However, I will most likely not come back here. The communication was not great- none of the items that they found on my vehicle inspection were explained to me, and when I called to ask for more information, no one answered or ever responded to my voicemail. They gave me an hour time estimate for my car to be done at the end of the day, then shortly after said nevermind it will be done in 10 minutes, and were frustrated that it was going to take me longer than that to get back. They told me they close at 5, even though their website and doors all say 6. They also wanted to have me agree to an estimate of close to a $300 inspection fee for an issue that should be covered by my subaru warranty. When I took the car to a different subaru service center, they did not do this, and immediately made good on the warranty terms of addressing the issue with no charge. More
