I came in after seeing a piece of plastic on the undercarriage of my vehicle. I was quoted a price for replacing the part and was told to expect a call in the next few days to set up an appointment undercarriage of my vehicle. I was quoted a price for replacing the part and was told to expect a call in the next few days to set up an appointment once the part came in. A few weeks went by and I didn’t hear from the shop so I called and was told the piece was there. So I made an appointment. On the day of the appointment, I arrived and went to check in. There I was told I hadn’t gotten a call that the piece had arrived and that they didn’t have it. I let them I know I had called them to check and it was indeed in. They went to check “in the back” and found it. The two hour install took 5 hours. I got what I needed but it seemed like every step of the process was a struggle. More

I appreciated the kind service from the mechanics. My main mechanic kept me informed as work progressed on my car and informed me in advance about things that other customers had found surprising. I will say that the staff member who was at the register was (1) not wearing a mask and (2) rather brusque with me when I first arrived and didn’t know where I was going and when I paid. I also would have appreciated some free, pre-USB port installation troubleshooting advice about my audio system before the team replaced the port (costing me $200) only to realize that it was the USB’s connection to the whole radio system that was the problem. More
