I've gone to this service center often. usually have Jimmy who is great. this time a different guy, don't know his name. no problems. But have to say I got SEVERAL phone calls from people claiming Jimmy who is great. this time a different guy, don't know his name. no problems. But have to say I got SEVERAL phone calls from people claiming to be in the "vehicle purchasing" dept or whatever, asking if I'd like to sell my car. Each time I said no, but kept getting them. I finally complained to the person. I wasn't and am NOT interested. Told them to take me off that list. More

Took it in a couple times. Service reps were fantastic. Diagnosis was lacking. Tried to get a throw out bearing replaced after recall. Said there was nothing wrong. Still whines at me every morning. It's embarrassing driving around town with a whining throw out bearing. I'm choosing to do my own maintenance from now on. $1200 for fluid changes. I can do it myself for $100. This is my 5th Subaru, I am loyal, but I feel taken advantage of More
