Price was competitive, and face-to-face service was friendly. However, no one contacted me when the work was complete. I had to call multiple (over five!) times to reach a person. When I picked up the car, I didn’t receive my paperwork (alignment report). I called again the following day, and the person on the line said they would text me the report, but never did. Returned to resolve issue after having it serviced there. After hearing several times prior to the bringing the car back and while I was there - "it's nothing we did"- I became frustrated.
