On a drive in the mountains of Yosemite at night I was flashed by almost every car with the “you have your brights on” signal when I didn’t, because the lights are pointed way too high on Subaru Outback 2 flashed by almost every car with the “you have your brights on” signal when I didn’t, because the lights are pointed way too high on Subaru Outback 2020 onyx. Worst experience ever. Came in for oil change tire rotation. Service guy told me i needed a 2300 dollar service. I had some work done in buffalo at the suburu dealer and he told me it wasnt one of the rotation. Service guy told me i needed a 2300 dollar service. Got home and xalled service manager who just blew me off. Ended up calling back and got the oil change and tire rotation. He was defensive and unhelpful and suggested maybe i should just come get my car. Got it back about 2 when i left it at 8:30. You have all my records for last 5 years of very satisfactory work.
