Original Review: The service on the car itself was great, but the service center manager (who helped me directly during my appointment) is a bit of an xxxxxxx. Repeatedly watched him walk around the service garage with no mask on despite all his employees wearing their masks. Throughout our interaction as he collected my info, he kept making jokey sexist small talk more suited for a bad 90s sitcom - i.e. joking about trading his wife in for a blonde, and telling me with "joking" but clear innuendo implied that he "would LOVE to check me out" after I asked him to help close out my service with the cashier. Overall, as a woman (and a person concerned for public health during a pandemic), this interaction makes me really reluctant to return here again for service. More
