Brought my car in for routine service & one minor problem. The person who checked me in (didn’t get his name) fixed the minor problem immediately. During the routine maintenance the service techs identified an issue that needed equipment not covered by warranty. They called & explained, I gave permission to proceed & got a new estimate for completion time. Car was ready at the estimated time. Check out was easy, keys and car brought right to the front door for me. As good an experience as I can imagine unless they were handing out new car keys. More
