The fact that it takes 6 hours for an oil change should be reason enough. I also was quoted a 12pm timeframe for completion and my car wasn’t ready until close to 3pm only after I CALLED to follow up. I al be reason enough. All of the representatives were attentive and friendly, and when I dropped off my vehicle, I was attended to right away. Kevin Goh is knowledgeable, affable, and thorough. The service was good however I only had a regular maintenance done which took over three hours to complete. I had made an Appointment for 7:15 AM and thought it shouldn’t take that long so I would wa maintenance done which took over three hours to complete. After three hours I finally asked the service person where my car was and it was still being worked on, which means they probably just started working on it. Why have appointments if there’s no one able to work on the car immediately?? More
