I had called because I wanted 2 more keys. They would call me back when they had them but then didn't. They were having trouble programming the keys. Then it turned out they were working on the wrong truck. They hadn't touched my truck the whole day. I had to come back the next day. I did receive a significant discount - free keys -- I appreciated that but how can this happen? Crazy and ridiculous. A broken system for sure. More
