My 2019 Impreza was damaged by SFMTA when it was towed from North Beach. As soon as I drove out of the tow yard, I heard loud noises as I hit bumps in the street. It’s all wheel drive so when the tow put from North Beach. As soon as I drove out of the tow yard, I heard loud noises as I hit bumps in the street. It’s all wheel drive so when the tow put it on the flatbed, they bent the sway bars underneath the car. Bryce was very helpful and patient as we had to wait for SFMTA to confirm reimbursement would occur. Car was repaired in a timely manner. Very happy with our Subaru again! It is fixed without the loud noise from the damage by the tow. Thank you Oakland Subaru! More

The dealer was fine. They were taking care of two recalls and checking the air in my tires. They checked the air and said that one of the recalls was fine. The other more serious recall (Ascent) required a kit or a part and the dealership did not have the part. The technician said that they would have the part in 5 to 7 days and they would call as soon as the part arrived. They NEVER called. I did receive a call that day saying that they wanted to buy my car and sell me a new Subaru. I did not follow up. More
