My last visit would have been unnecessary if the one 2-3 weeks prior was completed correctly. I brought my car in for a basic check up and oil change, but oil started to leak and my car was sounding strange weeks prior was completed correctly. I brought my car in for a basic check up and oil change, but oil started to leak and my car was sounding strange so I brought it back in. I was lightweight gaslighted about it being an oil leak and 2 plus hours later they told me that something was over tightened during the previous visit, crushing the seal and resulting in oil leakage. Valuable time lost due to Subaru’s mistake. I wasn’t charged for them to correct it, but that doesn’t matter. My time is valuable. I’m not too pleased. More

Very hard to talk with the repair shop people but instead you get inundated with phone calls wanting to buy your car back. I’ve declined and explained why many times but the calls keep coming.
