Was not greeted or acknowledged for almost 10 min when I arrived. Ended up waiting almost 4 hours for regular maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) even with a confirmed online reservation. This sho arrived. Ended up waiting almost 4 hours for regular maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) even with a confirmed online reservation. This shouldn’t have taken more than an hour, especially with a reservation and considering the fact that I saw no one else waiting for service. What’s the point of making a reservation if my car just ends up in the daily queue anyway? Service team had no urgency and just didn’t seem to care. More
